My Beddy’s- I’ll never go back

October 2, 2015 By Lynn 5 Comments

I shared about my and my children’s love for Beddy’s when I did the shared boy/girl room a few months ago. They are truly amazing. SO!! when I started to think about changing Ruby’s bed from a crib to a “big girl” bed I knew I needed to get a beddy for her also.

You can read more about this shared room and the Beddy’s HERE

She was OVER the moon when she saw that she had a bed spread with zippers too. She was now “big” like her big brother and sister. She talks really well for her age and when she first saw it in her room she exclaimed, “I can’t believe it!” Of course it did sound a little more like, “I can’t ba-weave it!” But, no matter, it was stink’n cute!! She’s a doll.

We went with the Vintage Blush Beddy- the color is beautiful. Not too pink, but not too peach. It went perfect with all of the art work and other accessories in her room. You can find a link to it by clicking HERE.

I am often asked how much I really like my beddy’s. I REALLY like them. So far we have had one pee accident and they washed up great. My kids are excited to make their own beds and I don’t hear as much whining about the pain it physically causes them to make their beds anymore. Cuz, some of these silly kids actually look like they are dying when asked to make their bed. 🙂 I am not sure I could ever go back to normal bedding again. I’m a lifer. 🙂

They look awesome but honestly there is no way I could make myself pay $250 for bedding.

I thought that too, but then I realized that two years ago I paid almost the same amount at target- for the bed spread, the sheets, the pillow case and sham, all the stuff that you would get with the beddy in one. They do fun some really good promotions/sales pretty often too. If you can keep your eye out for those you can get a great deal:) They really are worth the money 🙂

The heart one is from Pearl and Jane and the other one is from Home Goods. 🙂

When were moved into our home the basement was not finished, but it was partially framed. One of those framed walls was a little funky. It did not line up with the other “walls” it would meet up with. I wasn’t sure how to make it work with the room behind it. At the same […]
