Recipe type: Dinner
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground hamburger
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 can whole kernel corn -drained
  • 1 can pinto beans -drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough can
  • 2 cups shredded cheese-Mexican mix
  • 1 fresh chopped avocado
  • 2 fresh chopped roma tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Begin by pre-heating the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown the hamburger meat with the onion and taco seasoning.
  3. While browning meat, place pizza dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 9 minutes (follow the directions on can).
  4. When the hamburger is done, drain and mix the can of drained corn. Turn off burner and set aside.
  5. In a separate bowl mix 1 cup of sour cream and 1 can of drained pinto beans, mash together until they become a sauce/paste, set aside. Sometimes I pulse it in my blender really quick.
  6. After the pizza dough comes out of the oven spread the pinto bean sauce over dough.
  7. Sprinkle the taco meat with corn on top, then add shredded cheese.
  8. Place back in oven for 6-9 minutes to melt cheese.
  9. After the cheese is nice and melted take it out of the oven and top with chopped avocado and tomatoes.
