Copper handles! So stink’n pretty. I love copper and I love that copper is trendy right now, because it should be. It is beautiful. I got on Pinterest
to research copper pulls for my new built-in cabinets and found the perfect DIY pulls done by Katie and Eric of Mountain Modern Life Blog. See more of their awesome blog and a link to their tutorial by clicking on the image below.
I read through their blog post and made my plan.
I had to got to Lowes and Home Depot for this project. The bell hangers I could only find at Lowes, the rest of the pieces, the pipe and end caps I got at Home Depot because the pieces cost less there.
In addition to the copper pieces you will need – a pipe cutter, epoxy for gluing the caps on the ends, WD-40 and steel wool for cleaning the pipe.
After our cabinets were finished we started to cut and assembled our pulls. It was SO simple. Just measure twice, cut once. 🙂
Before picture-
It cost me around $40 to make all six pulls.
