Brown Sugar Salmon

Growing up in Seattle we ate a lot of salmon.  My dad used to make salmon with brown sugar during the summers.   This recipe makes me super happy, because it brings back a whole-lotta good memories.

It’s going to melt in your mouth. 🙂

Amazing and easy salmon recipe

Here is my easy and quick Brown Sugar Salmon recipe.

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • ½ -3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 4-5 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Put a piece of tin foil on a cookie sheet. Lay the salmon on top of that, with the skin side down. Make small cuts in the salmon. Spread the butter on the salmon. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

This could be one of the most simple dinners I make!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Lay the salmon down on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil.

Cut little slices into the salmon, spread on the butter, sprinkle brown sugar over the top, and cook!  So fast and easy!

Cook for 15-20 minutes.   Serve right away with some delicious veggies.

A perfect meal for a summer night.
